Join NOVIC's Ryan King for the 2017 Variety Showcase in Portland, Oregon. We're partnering with Chef Karl Holl of Speck & Spaetzle to showcase basil from the NOVIC Oregon farmers' 2017 variety trial choice. Hosted by the Culinary Breeding Network, the event provides attendees the unique experience to taste new and in-development vegetable and grain cultivars, share opinions, and break downs the walls between eaters and breeders. This interactive mixer to build community and increase collaboration between plant breeders, farmers, and eaters is not to be missed!
