Student Organic Seed Symposium
The Student Organic Seed Symposium is being hosted at the Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon this July. Students will get a chance to learn about the TOMI project and tour trials in the field.
The Student Organic Seed Symposium aims to strengthen and grow the future of organic and sustainable agriculture. They do this by supporting a new generation of plant breeders and seed professionals that will lead the way developing crops for organic, sustainable, and agroecological cultivation systems, and promoting strong, local, and regional seed systems. SOSS is an annual event organized by and for graduate students across the country who are interested in organic plant breeding and sustainable agriculture.
