Year Two (2024) Systems Approach to Maximize Organic Spinach Productivity
The Organic Seed Alliance posted an update on the results from their first year of spinach trials, in which they tested 306 accessions of spinach from the USDA GRIN database as well as some commercial varieties. They identified varieties that were slow to bolt, as well as some wild types that yielded high amounts of seed. Read more about their results at https://seedalliance.org/2024/spinach-year-two/
